What service???

<p>So in June i upgrade from 3g to LTE contract ... suddenly with better router and supposedly fatser speeds I have ***ALL signal whatsoever .. i went from 14mbps download to a varying 0,3-1,85mbps download speed??? ***??? so i duly go get my router exchanged at canal walk shop to be told its working fine ... go home still no signal (0.66mbps) ... so i log a call 3 June ********** 4 get sms on 7th telling me its resolved (huh? wheres the call the technicians visit?) 13june log a new call ********** 6 ... NOTHING! log new call 8 july ********** 5 sms its resolved 11july but no calls no visit again???***! a technician arrives checks signal and leaves saying there is def a problem someone will return to install a booster antennae .. still waiting ... so i log a new call 25 aug ********** 5 1 sept i get sms its completed (again *** no calll no visit wth is happening here telkom? Tonight i get a sms that call ********** 1 is resolved ... SIGH who do I have to blow to get service around here at telkom .. FFS send a technician with the damned antenae so i can get signal like i used to have on the 3G line at least please ... attaching tonights speedtest its the best ive had in last 3 months</p>
