What's the point

So I understand that this March Deal was something that you probably didn't think through properly as I've complained a third time regarding this... Why are your agents calling me?... Introducing themselves to me... Their purpose for calling.. In my case it's to \complete\" my application for 4 x March Deal... So Agent #3 calls and does exactly what the others do... Take my details and then places me on hold to retrieve my details... And hold... And hold... And so after 11min the call ends... Sell me the damn contracts already or stop wasting my time!<br> And if you going to provide me with feedback..? Don't tell me that the matter will be looked into and that it's been escalated to Sales... Cos that's the 4th time same BS... Still no competent Sales Agent "
