I needed to leave a message because i needed to deal with a specialized department, your advisor is the rudest, disrespectful, bully in the world. he keeps telling me to stop shouting at him and, you can listen to the recording I'm perfectly calm. It is not my fault he needs to work on a public holiday, neither is it my fault if he sits their with a hang over, to shout at me who give's him the right? I pay his salary at the end of the day. he spoke to me like a piece of ******* and I needed to just take it because I'm the one that needs help. I ended up in tears after the phone call, is that electable to telkom?

No wonder telkom is in such a state because look at the quality of staff that is employed by telkom

I know nothing will happen from this complaint, thats why I amended my complaint at the national consumer commission. At least writing my feeling down and showing the world how Telkom approve staff behavior makes me feel better.

I THINK ITS ONLY FAIR THAT TAHIMANGADZO AND HIS MANAGER ISSUE A WRITTEN APOLOGY FOR HIS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR
