What must one do to cancel a contract!

<p>I have been trying to cancel my contract, which was ending, since 9 August! Sent in a cancellation form on 9 Aug to end the contract end of August, and go over to prepaid. Called on 5 September to see if it's cancelled and no one knew about it so sent the forms in AGAIN. Called on 5 October and again no one knew about the cancellation and had to send the forms AGAIN! Called today and STILL no one knows about my cancellation. Sent forms once AGAIN. How is this possible. My case number is ********** 5 . Can someone please cancel this contract and move it to prepaid immediately, I have been trying for 2 months now, this is beyond rediculous. Please sort this out and hire competent staff!</p>
