What must i do to cancel my contract that's past two years with telkom!!

<p>I have been struggling for five months to cancel my contract with telkom!! No one can help me!! All the consultants is saying i will escalate, escalate... They deducted r1700 from my account yesterday for something im not using!! Please please please can anyone help me because this is really pathetic and im considering going to court with this!i hate you with everything in me telkom! </p>
