What is the point of a customer care line if you don't care about your customers?

<p>Our business has been offiline for almost 4 weeks. Telkom customer service has been absolutely no help, my mother spent over an hour on the phone with numerous amounts of people who kept redirecting her to someone else and then hanging up on her. Only to have to start the entire process over. We are absolutely furious with the service we have recieved, internet access is critical to the day to day activities of our business. We have tried everything to resolve this issue.</p>
