What is the point?
There seem to be nothing one can get from your call centres, each time you call you are asked to go to the shop as if the shop will offer better service. So I ask, what is the point of having call centres if all they do is to refer you to the shop? <br> <br> As for your website, it is also not helpful in terms of content.
