What is the meaning of service

So as usual telkom is useless regarding service delivery.it started with my debit order be almost triple for this month for reasons unknown.then 2 days after the debit my ADSL goes down.called telkom they said that my line has been deactivated.called the and spent about an hour getting it ready for reactivation.was told 72 hours for activation.so on 12/04/2016 my line goes dead so now i cant call telkom i have no use of my line.so why do we keep on supporting a useless company as telkom surely another supplier can step up and shut down telkom
