What is my number no longer registered in my ID?

Can someone tell me why my cellphone number is no longer registered in my ID? I rica'd this number in 2013 and this past Saturday when I called the customer centre for assistance I was told the number is not rca'd in my ID. <br> <br> The inital problem that made me call the custmer centre is that I got the Unisa/8ta 3G deal,it's supposed to be an '8ta only bundle' but I'm receiving 'All Networks bundle' which I do not want.<br> <br> The lady at the call centre said she'll escalate the matters but I I still havan't received assistance on both matters.
