What is happening

I am trying to pay my Telkom account using the Telkom web site. Yesterday my online profile was still working fine, but today my Telkom account is not linked to my profile. When I tried to link it, I just got this error:

We could not identify you as a valid contact for this service on this account.

My line is suspended, so I even if I call 10210, I get an automated message that tells me my line is suspended (duh) and then cuts me off. Thank you, goodbye.

So I cannot help myself online, I cannot get help via the call center. I cannot pay at the Telkom shop because they don't accept payments. WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? Beg for assistance? Say pretty please?

Is this your way of telling me that I've been a bad boy??? Well done. Message received.

I can't believe that the only telecoms provider in the country that owns infrastructure acts this way towards its clients. And we have no alternative.

It is my opinion (just in case I get sued for some kind of hate speech) that you are pathetic, and I cannot believe that we as consumers put up with this. Yet you pay your CEO R14mil from my tax money. Shame on you.

I sent a letter of cancellation to ********** on the 25th of July, but I haven't received a reply, acknowledgement, or any other kind of response to the letter. I will not pay for any services after the 25th of August, which is the end of my 30 day notice period.
