What is going on at Telkom???

I have just installed a new phone at home, an office line and needed to put do a simple voice message but wont allow me to do this and apparently this service is free basic voicemail, I called the call centre 10210 and nobody could assist me. They moved me around the entire day on Friday, some consultants just hung up because they didnt know what to do. I eventually wrote on telkom facebook page and they told me someone will be in touch to assist me, I am still waiting!!! Whats wrong with telkom? Why cant I do a simple voice message?? They also told me if I pay R10 a month for call/answer then it would work, it still doesnt work? I need this sorted today? Whats the hold up? Very irritated and disappointed in this terrible service.
