what is going on?

We have been paining our internet for the last two months and our internet has been off since 20.06.2015. how does that work? we are not late. we are not notified of any problems. when my husband goes to telkom festival mall, he is told they are offline (so this causes that we cannot get a ref number for the complaint) ??!!<br> i would like telkom to refund us all our money as we are paying for nothing! then, id like the world to know how ****py their service is and would suggest that you go else where as you pay through your ears and they keep cutting you off for no reason (even if You do have uncapped) i am really disgusted with the way they do business.
