What is customer service@Telkom

<p>It seems that Telkom is not phased by the reviews om hellopeter.</p> <p>The meaning of customer service does not exist for them.</p> <p>My prepaid landline was suspended because I forgot to recharge it. I was then told that, there are no longer prepaid landlines, but I can apply for a normal service, which I did.</p> <p>Two months later, I am still waiting for the service, but I received a bill, how is that possible.</p> <p>Seems like customer service got left behind in the old South Africa</p> <p> </p>
