What is customer etiquette?

Service is bad, I got into the shop on Wednesday and the was a heated argument between two staff members and a client, the consultant helping had an attitude I don't know whether because he was angry at the client not helpful. Thursday I go back trying to find out what is happening with my contract application the guy on Wednesday did not give my details to manager, I'm so angry after waiting over 30 minutea in this shop now I have to get the documents again. I'm so ****ed off. right. i'll just go to Vodacom
