What is a dispute?

I had a phone and jack removed from my house in September 2015. The technicians in our area are excellent. <br> My fiancee later spoke to Telkom about a different matter, and we were subsequently told that we were being overcharged, and Telkom would give us a refund. We had just moved house and again had received excellent service from the technicians. Telkom called me and said I had a dispute? What dispute? A dispute is when 2 parties do not agree on something. I said I had no dispute and thanked them for the prompt and professional service. I was later told that I was no longer due the refund because I had said there was no dispute? Telkom told my fiancee that we had a refund due, now we don't because I said there was no dispute. We are at cross purposes here, I didn't say I didn't want my refund, just that I had no dispute with them and the service was excellent!! Am I getting my refund? Telkom OFFERED it to my fiancee! I am a loyal Pinnacle and cannot have a refund I was offered because of a misunderstanding. Sis Telkom, horrible treatment of a loyal and long standing client. Going to social media with it. I am taking this to social media if someone with authority doesnt contact me
