What happened to my fibre speed and original pemium.

I have 20 Gig uncapped fibre line. Sined origanil contract for under R700. Premium been increased without notification or permission now R734 p. m. Worst is that more tha 95 % of the time my download speed is less than 1 mbps. Cant download anything from DSYV, Netflix or Show max.
