What ever you do, Do not take a contract with Telkom, I repeat, DO NOT!!!

<p>Telkom must be the worse service provider by far . Having the worse service is only a start and my friends warned me before I took a contract with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took two of the R150 specials and am suppossedely receiving 15GB every month. They charged me R600 the first month.Mind u, I had taken the contract after the 15th which means I was **********!!...If you think this is day light ******* , wait for this....</p> <p> </p> <p>Last month, They took R821.33 !!! and the reason was that "I browsed out of bundle"...did anyone explain nor asked if I wanted that option, NOP but now , I am paying for this. Again, we never get to see the contract before we sign because its done "electronically". The lady who was assisting me jst pointed at two spaces where I had to sign...</p> <p> </p> <p>Again, they are charging me R17 *2 every month for letters that I have never ever received...again , which company wud still insist on sending posts at this time and age???...only Telkom!!! .....The worse company ever!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I am begging u guys, avoid Telkom at all cost and pass the message to your friends and family !</p>
