What does this say of your service I will recieve?

So I have complained, and complained and still nothing has been done. Can someone please fix your Web pages for ADSL etc. This is seriously pathetic. I will surely be going with someone else just because I can't see what you can give me, because your web pages are not working correctly. And its not my browser, IE and firefox, same issue.
