what do you really say about someone who monopolisez the market?

Lets talk about how terrible the service is at telkom! You can't get hold of anyone on the phone, they dont read or reply to their emails. but when it comes to the money, they will never stop contacting you and you can't even get hold of them to rectify an issue with THEIR statements. they make you wait for months and dont cancel lines when you ask them to and still hand you over even though they didnt even respond to the many emails sent asking them HOW MUCH DO I OWE!

I am absolutely disgusted by their absolutely terrible service. Im pretty sure everyone else feels that way too.
