What do you need to do to be able to speak to a Manager

<p>I am beyond frustrated. </p> <p> </p> <p>No assistance and no communication between department. </p> <p> </p> <p>Empty promises and not any joy....</p> <p> </p> <p>Senior Management you need to fire the whole lot in your company and get people who is actually willing and wanting to work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Get your ducks in a row to make sure your clients is happy.....in this case not at all and many more like me.</p> <p> </p> <p>No matter how many HP is being put up you are just another number.</p> <p> </p> <p>Beyond gat vol and not even to speak about your Complaints department as they are non existant.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very unhapppy, unsatisfied client. . . most problably ex client. </p>
