What do you know? Telkom is useless in general!

<p>Last weekend, we went to Telkom the Glen and stood third in line for 50 minutes and got absolutely nowhere! There was only one person assisting with wifi related queries and out of the 16 people in the shop, 12 of us had wifi related problems! Needless to say we walked out! Today we came to Alberton City Telkom, the shop 'opens' at 09:00, its now 09:13 and WOW, they just opened! How lucky are we!!! Now this makes me think that Telkom is just useless in general or is it that you just dont care? I hope i get a discount for NO SERVICE because lack of service would imply some form of work taking place and well thats a joke!!!! </p>
