What do we Expect "Good Service" from Telkom LOL

This is horrible

So this is my horrific story with Telkom ......

Had a 10 Mbps adsl when it suddenly just lost connection, i was then informed that Telkom is no longer repairing ADSL Line so they then contacted me telling me i can move over to LTE uncapped 10Mbps which in their opinion is the same so i did that as i did not have Internet for over 4 weeks only to realize that LTE is Horrible!!!! At most im getting 2.5mbps during of peak times...................THIS IS horrible
