What customer service for internet issues?

<p>Is the point of not providing a DIRECT NUMBER to tech support because you know you that it's a waste of time because the issues identified won't be dealt with anyway because there is no credible consumer protection to hold you accountable? All the numbers you do provide default to your mobile operation, and they certainly dont know who to refer one to.</p>
