What customer service?

<p>I app**** for a static ISP in December and have yet to receive any kind of feedback on the progress thereof. Nobody seems to know which department is supposed to assist either - Sales says it's Technical, and Technical says it's Sales. I've been waiting on their Chat for over an hour now. Why is this so difficult??</p>
