What **** is Telkom busy with!!!!! Your Service is a disgrace!!!!

So.... I decide to take out a mobile contract with Telkom.... they claim easy peasy!!! WHAT!!!! Called in on 1 November, after about 40 minutes of answering allll their questions... get an sms approved! Ok, I call in again 10213.... yup the ever drearing long voice prompts and that dreadful music of death.... they inform me they will debit my account with the first installment and I should receive my device within 1-14 days. It’s been 23 days to date even after debating my account with the first installment for a freaking device I still don’t have and with absolutely NO communications hacks claiming to be the leading service provider in SA!!! Bull ****!!! I want my device or I want my money! Where in the name of hell have u ever heard of paying for something that you haven’t received or even been communicated to about receiving it!!!!
