What con artists

I don't even know how to express my dissatisfaction. I'm so angry right now. I called to find out when my contract ends only to be told i renewed it in September 2020, yet I have no recollection and they have no proof. When I asked for the recording, the assistant just cut the call, twice. Their service is so terrible that they have to con people into staying with them. How pathetic is that.
