What call centre ?

I would just like to let you know how utterly **** your call centre is. Do you even have staff working there or do you just have empty desks and the automated line. I'm sure that everyone that calls puts down before they speak to one of these elusive call centre agents you speak of. You people are useless and I cant believe you still have customers that utilize your **** company for their internet and landline facilities. your technical call centre is utterly useless.... 23 minutes on hold now. And by the way get a new holding tone yours is starting to irritate the **** out of me.
