Hi, I signed up for a internet package from one of the sales consulates at Telkom in Irene mail, after having connection issues a gentleman by the name of Erin helped me out in such a professional way (he didn't even sell me the package), he went out of his way to get me connected at 6-45pm on Friday evening, I had plans that evening but he kept he me up to date on the process of what is happening, we need more dedicated staff like this in retail as its people like this that make companies is retail successful.
