What a waste of space!

I really should have read all the reviews of Telkom Greenstone before I made the stupid decision of going in to get a new cell phone contract. I went in 6 days ago, spoke to Wanda, filled in the forms and gave in all the required documents. I was then told head office needs to accept and then I can come back to collect (Given no reference at all). It will be done by Tuesday. I have not been called yet and nobody answers the 2 telephones in the store. I have been calling since Wednesday! Telkom, you would think after seeing all the horrible reviews you have received you will get your act together or fire the ***********s, but no! Absolutely pathetic.
