What a useless company telkom is

About a week ago I came back to Gauteng from a business trip in Limpopo only to find out that I cannot connect to the internet using my router which uses a telkom lte sim.

I use internet to run my business and am very dependant on it,but a big organization like telkom has dragged their feet in sorting out a base station that doesn't work in Kwa Thema.I called the call center to report the situation and was told an escalation would be done,a week and half later nothing has been done.

This is such a sad situation because most of the business man running internet cafes are using telkom and haven't been able to run their businesses so that they can put food in the table for their families.

What a useless company telkom is and how selfish is this organization that and mind you if this should have happened to a suburban area it would have been fixed with urgency,they should be ashamed this useless network honestly.

I have talked to some of the businessman in the township about their frustrations and they are demoralized and are looking for a way out.

My concern personally is that the data I use has an expiry date,and I know for a fact that I will never be reimbursed for the data I was never able to use,I wonder what it's like for the other community members who are suffering from the same thing am suffering from as a result if this neglected from a network claiming to be one of the best in the country.

I am strongly advising people to either port to other networks or change networks all together and leave this USELESS company with their ******* customer service and lies about turnaround time.
