What a USELESS Business

Good day ,<br> <br> This is the second week that ive been phoning TELKOM at the Cresta mall , for two weeks ,not ONE of my 6000 calls got answered how pathetic , do you call this a business??? Even though you do , you've got the worst service ever , the most pathetic staff there can ever be, not just at cresta branch but as well as Clearwater!!!<br> Im sick of this , im in need of a copy of my proof of purchase so that I can take my phone for a screen replacement , but I cant because Telkom which is \supposed"to be a professional business is definitely not being professional at all!!! I will infact Cancel all business with you and would definitely never ever refer anyone or whatsoever to go to TELKOM being they are USELESS! """
