What a shambles of a company

On Aug.9 I wrote here \One Month and still waiting""; you are a disgrace and I wish I could write here exactly what I think of your shambolic company but they could not print it; I have had phone calls; one very helpful gentleman called Chris who came from ATIO and gave me a reference 502077 saying that Telkom can sort out my problem that was two weeks ago; I then received a call to say that I qualified for a booster; that was more than a week ago and meanwhile I sit here SOMETIMES getting a signal (which is usually on the EDGE waveband) and you do NOTHING; and you call this CUSTOMER SERVICE well I call it a disgrace AND YOUR APOLOGIES ARE ALSO TOTALLY WORTHLESS I DONT WANT THEM; I WANT SERVICE;Now try sending this to your \""FAT CAT\"" directors and see what they say I will tell you NOTHING"""
