What a pleasure to do business with Telkom

<p>I personally never thought I would write such a heading. Just goes to show that with the right motivation, personel and procedures you can turn even the biggest mess into a success.</p> <p> </p> <p>The support was above and beyond of what I would expect from a normal company, nevermind the "old" Telkom. From the team who assisted me with logging the call (Facebook Support), to the operator who phoned me (no more holding on for an hour and a half, listening to banal music and adverts) to the technician who came out to my house this very cold Friday morning, the support was excellent.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep upp the good job guys.</p>
