What a pathetic company

I went to Telkom Shop in Wierdapark to try and apply for a internet connection. Was informed that they do not have LTE wireless modems in stock, this was a few days back, can only do an application when the modems are in stock. They took down my contact details, will call me when there is stock.No call back so far, trying to contact them via phone for the past two days, nobody answers, just rings, left a message on voice mail getting no response from them.Wonder if I should apply, if it is so bad before applying, what will happen when I take the product and should have a technical issue?Pathetic service from this company.
