What A mistake
<p>If you looking to be **********, Telkom is your guy</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been incorrectly billed and when I contacted them my concern was handled very inpolitely</p> <p> </p> <p>I signed up for a contract on January the 25th and been charged for the whole month when I have been assured in store that I will not be charged. This is my first bill and already regretting it</p>

Please note that you were prorated for the service you have received however the device fee is not prorated; you get billed the full amount.
