What a mess of a network

I have been trying to upgrdae my contract from 18 March 2025. They have many contracts available but they do not have stock however they are advertising these amazing details. Tele sales over the phone says they have a lot of stock in the warehouse however they do not get delivered to the stores. Doing an upgrade over the phone is a bigger nightmare, they do not get back to you after submitting your documents they just ignore your requests for call backs. then they are off line for a week where they cannot process any new or upgrade contracts. Telkom is a big mess....!!
