WHAT A LET DOWN

Bonke Moses Thanduxolo Conjwa this is one of the Team leaders at Telkom. He promised me that he will get someone to come and pick up my device and start the refund process. The situation is this I have ordered a device from telkom it was a 10 gig data bundle that came with a pocket wifi router but the consultant failed to inform me that in my area isn't any telkom reception. So I cancelled the package in the 7 day cooling off period but it has been 7 months now and telkom is still deducting money from my account which is unfair. I've just spoken to Ayanda Msoni and she told me the same story as every one else. That she is going to send WNS Online an email telling them to pick up the device. I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR 7 MONTHS FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND PICK UP THIS USELESS PIECE OF JUNK AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT SOME MORE? NOPE... Nyozo Nokutula also a team leader that is working on the case but to be honest I do not have faith in her or telkom what a let down
