What a joke of a company!

To whom it may concern

I've received an invoice that I would need to pay for a data plan which I already cancelled on the 1st of December 2017 at the end of January. So you can tell from my frustration that I merely wanted to cancel an existing data plan that was on month to month and then I took out a new contract as to replace it. this has all been done in good time as asked for by Telkom.

So I ask you now, how is it that this data plan still exists on my invoice? Because as it stands now I will be paying for a data plan which I already cancelled and I'll be paying for my new contract. So I'm getting billed for 2 data packages?

How difficult is it for your department to follow through on this? Yesterday (03/01/2018) I phoned 10210 and they instructed me that there is a cancellation against this number. Today I received my invoice and the same number that I cancelled is still listed on my invoice?

This is ridiculous. Now I need to run after telkom as they cannot do their job on how to cancel a simple data plan!

Hi Igsaan A lot of people of Telkom told me the same thing... that this would be escalated but nothing happens. Today I'm taking matters into my own hands and marching to the telkom store where my contract was supposedly cancelled. You can tell Launa Molapo, that she is a poor worker at telkom and that action needs to be taken against her as she never rep**** to my messages once I guess she had enough of trying to assist me. Where else can an employee get away with this kind of behavior to just ignore a client of theirs but at telkom? I've got a right mind to just cancell all my dataplans with telkom sighting poor customer relations on telkom's part and just move over to another service provived. You guys are not worth trouble.
