What a joke. No service!!!

What a load of clowns. I placed an order online and I was phoned back to confirm the order the same day. My account was debited 2 days later and now I have been waiting for delivery for 3 weeks. Everytime I try to make contact to ascertain the status of my order, It's like I'm running into a wall. They don't answer calls. Don't reply to Facebook messages or comments. I am just about GATVOL. If you don't want anyone's business, just say so. If I don't hear back from Telkom by the end of today, I will cancel the order. That's if I get through!!!!
