What a joke

<p>I ordered a new landline and adsl. It has now been a month and I still don't have either installed. Telkom said it would take up to 21 days, it has now been a month. They have been out to the premises a few times, a person climbs the pole outside and then goes away. When I phone for an update Telkom keep telling me it's a cable issue and they use a 3rd party for this. I am buying the services from Telkom and expect them to honor the 21 day SLA. The experience up to today is an absolute joke. In JHB I never had an issue with your services and here in PE it's pathetic. </p>
