What a joke

Dont know how this company is still in business!!! Was holding the line for 20min, someone picked up and put the phone down. The 2nd time I phoned the lady was giggeling the whole time and I had to repeat what I said the whole time because she wasnt lisstening to her customer. The 3rd time the lady gave me a number that doesnt exist, which means I had to phone back again and stay on the line again for 20min. I had 1 simple request and got a different answer each time I had to phone back. I dont believe their people know what they are doing and they defiantly dont know do to deal or speak to their customers, very rude to their customers as well. I will NEVER recommend telkom to anyone and will avoid this joke of a company.
