What a farce - No support for Telkom Fixed lines!

(Why should I give them 1 STAR at all - they don't deserve it)

Landline stopped working weeks ago, response is "No Fixed Copper Lines" being supported anymore due to Cable theft. So a technician cannot be sent to fix.. But we have to continue paying for the service. Requested this to be put in writing - No response. No Resolve and it just goes round and round!!!

Come on, how is this possible in a modern world?

No amount of complaining or contact seems to help either They just don't CARE.
