what a bunch of useless good for nothings

I have wasted countless calls, chats, emails and online messages trying to get just one task completed accurately. But not one competent individual seems to exist within the hellkom universe. How I wish the countries powers that be would allow for equal competition so that the ruthless hellkom monopoly may actually deliver a service worth paying for.
