Westwood mall Telkom awful service

We did an application to transfer an existing line to our business on the 15th September which was to be done within 3 to 5 working days. The transfer is still not done. We called the store several times and left messages for Strigen, the manager, and he hasn't responded to the calls or my email to him. The agent Nerupa was abrupt and rude over the phone - she says Telkom systems haven't been working properly for three weeks!!!She said they are a franchise of Telkom so they are basically doing me a favour! I need assistant asap.
