Westgate rude staff

Can/will anything be done about the rude staff at your Westgate branch in Roodepoort? I pay over R1000 for my contract yet ive been going to this shop every weekend for them to be offline, when i complain she tells me im lying even when i KNOW im not then she tells me if i dont like it i must go to mtn or cell c???? Is this acceptable
