Westgate Mall Telkom, Time wasters

Telkom in Mitchells Plain has shown extreme unprofessionalism. I app**** in-store for a contract where Whitney assisted me and requested my three months' payslips. After a few days, I called the store to get her email address to send them. Whitney was out sick, and despite informing the site manager, my application was left unattended. Even when I visited the store multiple times afterward, she was still absent. Nearly two weeks later, I messaged her on WhatsApp using the number she provided, only to be abruptly informed that my application was declined. What shocks me most is how I was repeatedly allowed to leave with apologies or updates, but no real progress. Furthermore, it's troubling that the store manager appears to be romantically involved with staff members; I saw him with one in another store, clearly leveraging his position. During my application process, they even discussed other people's incomes and credit scores with me, which is highly unprofessional. I intend to cancel my current contract and seek service elsewhere.
