Were do Telkom get their managers so unprofessional

yesterday i went to telkom in Alberton City next to game shop to ask for them to help me with the claim of my phone behold the answer i got from a mananger telling me they can't help me i must call the insurance my self because they are not the insurance company mind you i bought the phone in the same telkom with insurance and they did not tell me when i was taking this contract they wont be helping me when i need help from them guys this woman joh as shes talking to me shes wearing a rud face the nose openend for me to see shes a mananger like really, well i told her no body told me this when i was buying the phone so she must call the insurance and find out why is my claim delayed mmm instead of her telling me that the call center is closed no she makes a call and tell me to hold a line because she is busy, i hold the realize that it mit happened that the offices are closed i ask one of the consultant if they still open he told they closed can you guys imagen the insult joh im so disappointed at telkom and it not last comment i have for telkom
