Went to telkom in Dobsonville to go do a SIM SWAB for my company no. the lady told me she couldnt see my number and her system is taking long, I told her i experienced the same thing telephonically as this was a company profile no, what gets to me is the attitude in which she serviced me......she kept on saying its taking long and she had no interest at all in trying to assisting me. What a shame for us who work in a customer service environment, you dont really get what you expect.
