Well done to Sibusiso Mwelase

I had requested a new line to be installed and ADSL to be activated. After over a month of calling, fighting, arguing and being brushed off I finally came across Sibusiso Mwelase who didn't just pass me on tot he next guy but tried hard to solve my issue and go above what was required of him. He was polite, helpful and got the job done within hours. <br> <br> He definitely deserves to be recognised as one of a handful of efficient Telkom employees. <br> <br> Great work Sibusiso and that's for sorting it out for me!
