Well done Telkom...Not!!

I would just like to say well done Telkom (being absolutely sarcastic). Due to some or other issue in our area, Telkom has refused to fix the problem due to the repair job being "too expensive". Thus, we have had to move to an alternative as Telkom does not offer LTE or fibre in our area. So my money is now going to a different company who actually offers a service in our area. Well done Telkom for losing many more customers. Now that is expensive. Penny wise, but pound foolish. In the struggling economy you would think Telkom would try keep as many customers as possible. Cannot make this stuff up. SMH.
